Facility Reservations
MCIT meeting room facilities are available to the following groups at no cost:
  • Individual MCIT members
  • AMC staff
  • AMC committees and subcommittees as arranged by AMC staff
  • Leasers' staff
  • Leasers' committees and subcommittees as arranged by leaser staff
  • Organizations/meetings that involve a minimum participation of at least five (5) individual members of MCIT as arranged by an MCIT member
Facilities
To reserve a meeting room at MCIT:
  1. Read the MCIT Facility Use Policy.
  2. If your signature is not already on file with us, download, sign and fax back the MCIT Facility Use Policy Acknowledgement Form.
  3. Fill out the MCIT Reservation Request Form either by downloading and filling out a paper copy to fax back to us or by reserving space online.
  4. Within 48 hours of our receiving your information, you will be contacted by an MCIT representative by phone or e-mail to confirm these arrangements.
Note: Meeting room locations are posted on the bulletin board in the MCIT main lobby. Please check your location when you arrive.
