MCIT meeting room facilities
are available to the following groups at no cost:
- Individual MCIT members
- AMC staff
- AMC committees and subcommittees as arranged by AMC staff
- Leasers' staff
- Leasers' committees and subcommittees as arranged by leaser
staff
- Organizations/meetings that involve a minimum participation
of at least five (5) individual members of MCIT as arranged by
an MCIT member
To reserve a meeting room at MCIT:
- Read the MCIT
Facility Use Policy.
- If your signature is not already on file with us, download, sign
and fax back the MCIT
Facility Use Policy Acknowledgement Form.
- Fill out the MCIT
Reservation Request Form either by downloading and filling
out a paper copy to fax back to us or by reserving
space online.
- Within 48 hours of our receiving your information,
you will be contacted by an MCIT representative by phone or e-mail
to confirm these arrangements.
