All MCIT member organizations are members of the Minnesota Safety Council.  The mission of the Safety Council is to make Minnesota a safer and healthier place to live by helping prevent unintentional injuries at home, on the road, at work and at play. This partnership gives members access to no charge or reduced fee safety services including training classes and videos, consultation services and written educational resources.  Other services include on-site and Internet based motor vehicle driver training, participation in the Governor’s Safety Award program and the annual Health and Safety Conference.
