Help prevent and lessen winter slip, trip and fall incidents by using the below Step Wisely program
“Walking in a Winter Blunderland” lyrics contest to engage staff in the safety campaign. It gets employees thinking about how they can identify and avoid slip, trip and fall hazards due to winter weather conditions.
Members can use the lyrics contest in different ways as part of their Step Wisely campaign. Organizations can decide how they can use it best for their circumstances. The contest is simple to implement:
- Ask staff to write parody lyrics for “Walking in a Winter Wonderland” that highlight slip and fall hazards of winter weather conditions
- Determine how winners will be determined
- Share the winner and lyrics with staff
