MCIT Receives Unmodified Audit Opinion

MCIT is proud to have received an unmodified audit opinion from the independent firm of Eide Bailly LLP for 2024. MCIT’s entire audited financial statements for the year ending Dec. 31, 2024, are available for review online, including the Notes and Management’s Discussion and Analysis, or by contacting MCIT Executive Director Gerd Clabaugh at gclabaugh@mcit.org.

An unmodified opinion means that the audit firm believes that the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of MCIT as of Dec. 31, 2024, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the year.

Eide Bailly conducts the audit in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States. The firm concluded that the audit evidence it obtained from MCIT is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for the audit opinion.
