No-cost Virtual Support Groups Now Offered as Part of Employee Assistance Program
AllOne Health, the Employee Assistance Program partner, has introduced a new way for employees to access support: virtual support groups. These launch June 25 through AllOne Health at no cost. They are:
- Led by clinicians or subject matter experts
- Live monthly sessions
- Offer employees a simple, stigma-free way to engage with mental health support in real time
Whether they are managing stress, burnout or another challenge, employees can join virtual support groups anonymously, learn practical strategies and feel supported without the commitment of one-on-one counseling.
The 30-minute sessions:
- Support employees before challenges escalate
- Encourage early engagement with care
- Reinforce a culture of wellbeing and accessibility
- Complement the existing EAP services
Learn More and Share with Employees
Members can learn more about this new service at AllOneHealth.com or through the AllOne Health app. Employers can share this new service with staff by distributing the promotional flier and the AllOne Health Webinars and Events web page for the schedule of virtual support sessions.
Employees can register for sessions through the AllOne Health website, member portal or app.
First Session June 25
The first virtual support group “Feeling the Stress of Seasonal Change? You’re Not Alone” is June 25 at 1 p.m. CT. As routines shift with the arrival of summer, school ending, camps beginning, vacation planning, graduations and college students returning home, it is normal for people to feel overwhelmed or out of balance.
The virtual support group session:
- Offers practical strategies for managing stress during times of transition
- Explores ways to regain a sense of control and calm
- Engage in a supportive space with optional, anonymous questions and answers
