Sample Policy to Be Updated by Employer

This is a drug, alcohol and cannabis testing sample policy that meets requirement of DATWA including the new provisions of cannabis. The policy does not meet the requirements for DOT testing for CDL drivers. The county may insert names into the provisions where appropriate.
